Sthira

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 30, 2026. Draft for legal review before public launch.

Sthira is run by Kogos LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”). It helps you track food, weight, how you feel and, if you use them, GLP-1 medicines, and keep your medicine covered. That is personal health information, so we keep this simple: we collect what the app needs to work, we never sell it, we never use it for ads, and you can take it with you or delete it at any time. If you live in Washington State or want the short version for health data, read our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

What we collect

Why we use it

We collect and use health information only with your consent, which you give when you set up the app or save a coverage plan. You can withdraw consent by deleting your account; we then stop processing and delete your data as described below.

AI features

Meal photos, typed meals and coach questions are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce an estimate or an answer. Photos are deleted after the estimate; we store only what you save. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this data isn't used to train their models. The coach is an AI, not a dietitian or doctor, and it never recommends a medication dose. Coverage plans and letters are built from fixed rules, not AI.

Who processes your data

These providers act on our instructions under contracts that protect your data. They are mostly in the United States, so if you live elsewhere your data may be processed outside your country, with the safeguards the law requires.

We don't sell personal data, show ads, or share health data with advertisers, insurers, employers or drug makers.

Your rights

Security and breaches

Children

Sthira is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Changes

If we make a material change, we'll email you and show a notice in the app before it takes effect.
