Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Sthira, which is run by Kogos LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”). By creating an account or buying anything from us you agree to them.

Not medical advice

Sthira is a tracking and education tool. It is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It never recommends a medication dose, and you should not change, skip or start a medicine based on anything in the app. Nutrition estimates, calorie targets, BMI ranges and medication level charts are approximate. Always follow your prescriber's instructions. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number outside the US).

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and give accurate account information. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You own what you log. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

Pro subscriptions

• The core app is free. Pro is $6.99 a month or $39.99 a year, billed in advance, plus sales tax where it applies.
• Founding price: if you subscribe by December 31, 2026, you pay $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year instead, for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price on sale then applies.
• Promo codes apply to the first payment only, unless the code says otherwise.
• Pro renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• If we raise Pro's price, you keep the price you joined at for as long as your subscription stays active.
• Features that are free today stay free.

The Coverage Pack

• The Coverage Pack is a one-time payment of $29 for 12 months of access to your coverage plan, letters, call scripts and reminders, with 3 months of Sthira Pro included. It never renews; when the Pro months or the 12 months end, nothing is charged.
• The pack is general information to help you work with your insurer, doctor, pharmacy and employer. It isn't legal, insurance or medical advice, and we can't promise that any plan will approve coverage or that a program's rules or prices won't change.
• Charges appear on your card statement as STHIRA, from Kogos LLC.

Refunds

If you're not happy, write to us through the Contact page within 14 days of paying for the Coverage Pack or your first Pro payment, and we'll refund it in full. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their rules.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping, reverse engineering, attempts to access other people's data, or unusually heavy AI use that disrupts the service. Pro includes generous daily limits for this reason.

Changes and availability

We're a small team improving the app quickly. We may change or stop features, and we'll tell you about significant changes to these terms before they apply.

Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Kogos LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
